All the products available in our online shop are factory brand-new and covered with guarantee for 2 years by the manufacturer. Hidden defects caused by the fault of the manufacturer are subject to complaint.
Complaint can be made by sending products in parcel to the address:

The goods sent must be attached by both a purchase proof and complaint form filled available here.
Within 14 days from the date of delivery of the parcel with claimed goods the shop will reply to the filed complaint and inform the customer about further proceedings. If the complaint is considered favourably, the defective goods will be repaired or exchanged for the new ones, full quality or refund will be made. If exchange is not possible (e.g. due to exhaustion of stocks), the shop will make a full refund of the purchased product to the customer.
Costs in relation to sending back the claimed foods ( economic parcel) are covered by the shop after considering the complaint favourably. The shop does not accept any cash-on-delivery parcels.
