§ 1 Free delivery

  1. Free delivery applied to orders from PLN 200 while choosing delivery of the parcel at Kiosk Ruchu.
  2. Free delivery refers to orders on the territory of Poland.


§ 2 Free exchange

  1. Free exchange is possible for each order placed via online shop noosicon.com.
  2. You have to report your wish to exchange within 30 days from the date of order delivery.
  3. Exchange of the product has to be reported to Central Helpdesk: tel. 801 011 105 or 22 349 92 60, zamowienia@noosicon.com
  4. Central Helpdesk reserves the product for exchange.
  5. Free exchange is made by DPD Courier after the date has been determined earlier with the Customer.
  6. A product for exchange should be packed in a parcel with the exchange form and proof of sale inside.
  7. While delivering the product for exchange, the courier will collect the product returned.
  8. If value of the product returned is greater than the product you ordered earlier, you are obliged to pay surcharge.
  9. If the product returning (the same model) has changed its price, you are not obliged to pay surcharge.
  10. Free exchange is made on the territory of Poland.
  11. Service is provided within 7 days.


§ 3 Free return

  1. Return can be made for each order placed via online shop noosicon.com.
  2. You have to report your wish to return within 30 days from the date of order delivery.
  3. Return has to be reported via page szybkiezwroty.pl/noosicon
  4. Each return requires considering by Central Helpdesk. The report can be accepted or denied.
  5. After the report is accepted, the Customer receives confirmation and posting code to the e-mail address/ text message.
  6. A parcel with the return form needs to be posted in an easypack within 72 hours.
  7. Within 14 days from delivery of the parcel refund will be made.
  8. Free return is possible on the territory of Poland.
  9. Service is provided solely by Inpost Easypacks.


§ 4 Free complaint

  1. Complaint can be reported within 2 years from the date of purchase.
  2. Free complaint applies to the complaint considered favourably. The defective goods repaired or Exchange will be sent to the Customer free of charge.
  3. Free complaint is made on the territory of Poland.
